Our goal is to provide German hospitals, medical practices and centralized medical supply centers with immigrant medical personnel and experts, especially nurses, orderlies as well as care aids.

How we operate

We search internationally for suitable work force, especially for medical personnel. We attempt to get personnel documents recognized by the KSV. We bring workers abroad up to a German language level of B1 and after arriving in Germany, support them reaching int level B2 through our partner (Language Coach Institute)

Our responsibilities:

• Reception at the airport
• Finding a suitable accommodation
• Registration at the town hall
• Opening a bank account and registering for the German health insurance
• Providing experienced interpreters for meetings extending the residence permits
• Customer service for integration in the German culture and society
