We are a human resources service company. Our goal is to provide German hospitals, medical practices and centralized medical supply centers with immigrant medical personnel and experts, especially cardiac surgeons, ophthalmologists and orthopedists.

How we operate :

Our company has two strategies:

1. The first strategy entails providing you with doctors which are currently working, with approbation during their preparation time or with occupation permit. They would either be brought to Germany and mediated or recruited all throughout Germany.

2. The second strategy entails, bringing doctors to Germany, integrating them in the German culture and improving their German language proficiency. Moreover, we would aim to receive their occupation permit and approbation. This way, we can provide you with the appropriate employee. We provide you with all the personal information we possess and you choose the appropriate doctor. Afterwards, you can interview them

Our responsibilities:

• Reception at the airport
• Finding a suitable accommodation
• Registration at the town hall
• Opening a bank account and registering for the German health insurance
• Providing experienced interpreters for meetings extending the residence permits
• Customer service for integration in the German culture and society

German language classes with our partner language coach or the Herder-Institute InterDaf will be fully supported financially, in order to provide your company with the appropriate German language level.
